How do I Shop Online?
Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy and secure. You may always view the items you have added to your Shopping Bag by clicking the "Shopping Bag" button on the top right of any page. You may also checkout by clicking on the "checkout" hyperlink located on any item detail page. Once you are viewing the contents of your shopping bag, you may adjust quantities in your bag by changing the number to the right of items, and then by clicking "update bag" after all quantity adjustments have been made.
When will my order be shipped ?
Processing time is 1-2 business days. Delivery for domestic and international orders is 3-5 business days which includes processing time. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS*

Do You Ship Internationally?
Sexikinis is proud to be the only swimwear brand offering to ship to 195 countries around the world! Shipping is free worldwide for orders costing $40 or more. Once shipped, your Sexikinis package should arrive within 10-14 business days. Website Orders $4.95 charge for all U.S. orders. (FREE Above $40) Shipping & Delivery Fees Regular international shipping — $4.80 Express international shipping — $35 and up. Local Post office delivery — $4.80 Knutsford Express — $4.50. Bearer (Sent JA) — $3. Customs, Duties and Taxes Though there should not be any additional charges once your order arrives in your country, Sexikinis Swim is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
I think my package was lost or stolen, what do I do now?
Sexikinis is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. Once items are shipped, it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered. No refunds will be issued for lost packages.

Returns

Damages
All orders are securely packaged in a box and wrapped in brown paper. As such Sexikinis Swim is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return for Store Credit Only(No exchanges)
Follow the instructions below to return items postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date. Any packages returned to our warehouse outside of the 7 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the store credit amount. Please ensure the conditions below are met before returning. Sexikinis does not offer complimentary RMA's (return labels). It is the customers' responsibility to pay the shipping fees associated with returning the package. Once your return has been received at the warehouse, Store Credit in the form of an eGift card will be issued which can be used immediately on the purchase of your exchange items. Store credit will be issued in the amount of the subtotal only. Returns are processed within 72 business hours of being received. In addition, we do not accommodate exchanges for purchases made as we cannot guarantee the item purchased will be in stock in the size or style desired at the time of processing return. We currently only offer store credit for returns only!
Conditions
Items must be in their original condition and sanitary protection labels in place. IF A SANITARY STRIP IS NOT ATTACHED TO THE SWIMSUIT, THE SWIMSUIT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY BE REFUSED! We do NOT accept items that have been worn, abused, altered, soiled, stained, washed, or damaged in any way. Please avoid getting makeup, deodorant, tanning cream, any bodily fluids, and other similar stains on items when trying on. Items received in such conditions will be rejected and returned to the customer. The customer will be responsible for the shipping fees to have the damaged/worn item returned to them. If the customer declines to pay for shipping charges, the customer will be charged a 50% damage fee which will be deducted from the original price of the item and credited for the remaining balance. Please note that swimwear sold as a set must be returned as a set. If only the top/bottom is received, the package will be refused. We strongly suggest you do not remove your underwear when you first try on garments until you are sure that the fit and style are to your liking.

Sales and Clearance Items

Can Sale Items be Returned?
Items purchased at a discount of 40% off or more of full price are Final Sales and can not be returned. Promotions such as BOGO, $30 swim sale, $20 swim sale, 2 for $50 swim sale are considered final sale and not allowed to be returned. Clearance and/or items marked as Final Sale on the product page are not eligible for return. All items in the $30-$40 sale category are considered final sale items. All masks and filters are final sale and can not be returned. Note: Should you choose to return a Final Sale item, Sexikinis reserves the right to apply a 50% restocking fee so long as the item is sent back in accordance with our Return Policy and is in a resalable condition.
