SEXIKINIS SWIM FINAL SALE, NO RETURN & STORE CREDIT POLICY

At Sexikinis Swim, we want our customers to shop confidently and have a positive experience with our brand. Due to the nature of the products we sell, particularly swimwear and other intimate apparel, we maintain a strict Final Sale and No Return Policy for hygiene and sanitary purposes.

Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

By placing an order with Sexikinis Swim, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

ALL SALES MADE THROUGH SEXIKINIS SWIM ARE FINAL SALE.

Once an order has been delivered, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

This policy applies to all merchandise, including regular-priced, sale, promotional and clearance merchandise.

We do not accept returns for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Fit or style preference
• Color preference
• Customer no longer wanting or needing the item
• Finding another preferred item after purchasing

Customers are strongly encouraged to review product descriptions, photographs, available sizing information and order details carefully before completing a purchase.

SWIMWEAR & HYGIENE POLICY

Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, Sexikinis Swim does not accept swimwear returns once an order has been delivered.

This policy is maintained for hygiene, health and sanitary reasons and applies regardless of whether a customer states that the swimsuit was tried on, worn or unworn.

We cannot independently verify how swimwear has been handled after delivery. For the health and safety of our customers, delivered swimwear will therefore not be placed back into inventory for resale.

NO MONETARY REFUNDS

Sexikinis Swim does not provide cash refunds or refunds to the customer’s original method of payment for Final Sale purchases, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

This includes payments originally made by credit card, debit card, digital wallet, bank transfer or other accepted payment methods.

Where Sexikinis Swim determines that a customer-service resolution is appropriate, store credit may be offered at our discretion, subject to the circumstances of the claim and applicable law.

STORE CREDIT

Store credit is the only form of credit generally offered by Sexikinis Swim when an eligible customer-service claim is approved.

Where approved, store credit will be issued in the form of an eGift card and may be used toward a future purchase from Sexikinis Swim.

Issuance of store credit does not require Sexikinis Swim to accept the merchandise back unless we specifically provide instructions stating otherwise.

Store credit:

• Has no cash value
• Cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash
• Cannot be refunded to the original payment method
• May be used toward another eligible Sexikinis Swim purchase

The issuance of store credit as a goodwill accommodation does not constitute an admission of fault, defect or product misrepresentation.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT OR MATERIALLY NOT-AS-DESCRIBED ITEMS

Sexikinis Swim takes pride in the quality and presentation of our products. We make reasonable efforts to ensure orders are checked before shipment.

If you believe you received an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the item ordered, you must contact Sexikinis Swim within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• A detailed description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the entire item
• Close-up photographs showing the alleged damage, defect or discrepancy
• Photographs of the product tags and sanitary protection, where applicable
• Photographs of the original packaging

Submitting a claim does not automatically qualify the customer for store credit or any other remedy.

Sexikinis Swim will review the photographs, order information and circumstances surrounding the claim before determining whether the claim is approved.

If the claim is approved, Sexikinis Swim may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include store credit, replacement of the same or a comparable item, or another remedy where required by applicable law.

Customers should not send merchandise back to Sexikinis Swim unless specifically instructed to do so in writing. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

SALE, CLEARANCE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

All sale, clearance and promotional purchases are Final Sale.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Items discounted by 40% or more
• Clearance merchandise
• Items marked Final Sale
• $30-$40 sale-category merchandise
• BOGO promotions
• $30 Swim Sale
• $20 Swim Sale
• 2 for $50 Swim Sale
• Other promotional or discounted merchandise

These purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

Any customer-service accommodation offered in connection with a Final Sale purchase is made at the discretion of Sexikinis Swim, subject to applicable consumer law.

ORDER ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order before completing checkout, including:

• Product selected
• Size
• Color
• Quantity
• Shipping information

Sexikinis Swim is not responsible for incorrect sizes, colors, styles or quantities selected by the customer during checkout.

PRODUCT IMAGES & COLORS

We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings and the device being used.

Minor variations that do not materially change the product are not necessarily considered defects.

If you believe the merchandise received is materially different from what was advertised, please follow the Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Materially Not-as-Described Items procedure above within 48 hours of delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any applicable shipping charges, customs fees, import duties, taxes and other charges associated with their orders.

Shipping, customs, duties and similar charges are not eligible for store credit unless otherwise required by applicable law.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

ALL SEXIKINIS SWIM SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON DELIVERED MERCHANDISE. WE DO NOT ISSUE CASH OR ORIGINAL-PAYMENT-METHOD REFUNDS EXCEPT WHERE REQUIRED BY LAW.

Where an eligible customer-service claim is approved, store credit may be offered as the resolution at Sexikinis Swim’s discretion, subject to applicable law.

Nothing contained in this policy is intended to eliminate or restrict consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

By completing your purchase with Sexikinis Swim, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review and agree to this policy before placing your order.
